Our Mission

Rooted in our Holy Cross tradition, the St. Edward High School Garden is a garden with hope to bring! Its mission is to cultivate a mindset that prioritizes environmental sustainability and food justice; be a source of fresh, organically grown produce for those in need; and provide hands-on, interdisciplinary learning for the St. Edward community.

We are committed to the future:

• to be good stewards of the earth, we only use organic pest control and fertilizers

• to promote college-readiness, we cooperate with each other to problem-solve

• to build relationships, we garden for positive change in ourselves and in the community we serve.
